MLP G4 Custom Bouncy by Alipes MLP G4 Custom Bouncy by Alipes
My first foray into making my own custom G4! I chose to do Bouncy, as her G1 counterpart holds a special place in my heart. It was a fun project to complete, and I'm already contemplating which custom pony to make next!

Did you use a hair re-root tool? If so, what kind? I'm having some trouble finding one that doesn't break.

I actually used the knotted plug method that CustomAnon posted on DeviantArt -- [link]

A big part of why I like this is because it's sturdy/brushable and doesn't require glue. The needle I used was a huge one from RestoreDoll, but you could probably use any big needle for this.

Technically she's not original, she's actually from the first line of ponies back in 1986 or so. But thank you! :D

Oh herp wow I forgot. And I adored the 80s ponies when I was a toddler ^^;

She's one of the baby ponies along with baby Quackers isn't she? Now that you mention it she is quite familiar.

Yep, there are two Bouncy-type ponies -- one was a baby, another was an adult in the So-Soft line (they were fuzzy!), and that was the one I had when I was little! :D

Oho I thought so. I remember the so-soft line :aww: I had like two or three of them. Being 4 when I was MLP obsessed, I hugged on them like they were tiny plushes. I don't quite think I have my old ponies still though :O_o:

Even if I did I'd probably have to replace hair :lol: I'm sure every child went after their ponies with a pair of scissors :iconcrazyticplz:
