Hey, it's that snake in the boot guy, only he's done now!
Okay, actually, he's more like a cross between an eel and an angler fish... or at least that's where I drew my inspiration from. I wanted to draw a seriously creepy monster thingy, so where better to draw from than taking bits of sea critters that are legitimately creepy?
Completed with watercolor/watercolor pencils with water brush, plus Sakura Pigma brush pen for base lines. I have no idea how long this took, as I worked on it on and off over a couple of weeks by laying down tons and tons of layers of colors.
